“All ok. BUT I bought 3 nomination charms and they came with the little fold up boxes, one for each charm. But they only came with one nomination gift bag. This was disappointing as I wanted to give as 3 individual gifts. I think they should provide one per charm”

“Ordered bracelet and two charms. No charms No paperwork. Sent bracelet and package back as received. Told can't refund price of two charms as apparently need to sort with Royal Mail. Joke. Told this takes a long time. Convenient.”
