“Service excellent but was dissapointed that nomination charm just came attatched to receipt and no gft box or tissue to wrap it in enclosed. As this is for a gift its dissapointing.”

Good Afternoon Rose, Thank you for your message. I am sorry to hear that you weren't happy with how your items arrived. The reason the charms are put in a little plastic bad and stapled to the invoice, is so that there isn't a risk of it going missing, or moving about in the packaging. Normally, we enclose tissue paper and a little charm box for every charm ordered. Therefore, if you didn't receive any - There must have been an error at packing and I apologise for that. “Terrible Service, placed an order for ‘in stock’ items On 7th December, email days later saying out of stock, called CS told would be despatched in a couple of days, still no email or items despite several calls and false promises finally arrived TOO LATE for Christmas! CS pick up phones and put straight down more than once to cut off calls. Then sent an email offering 10% of anything after Xmas ( no exclusions in email) tried to order a charm on site, but code would not work!!! Emailed CS and auto response said would answer within 2 working days! Guess what, no response and charm now out of stock!!! Terrible service and customer service advisors not at all interested in helping, just huff and sigh a lot!! I would definitely not recommend Joshua James!!!”

However, you should have received a little charm box for the charm to go in. “Great selection of nomination charms. Good options on delivery (even to Northern Ireland, which can sometimes be a probem). Able to pay with Amazon Pay. Most importantly, delivery of item as ordered on the date requested. Excellent service.”
