“I placed an order for a few items for mother's day, they arrived quickly but unfortunately one item was incorrect, I phoned and spoke with a lovely lady who said she would send the other item out immediately as it was a gift and it arrived the next day x so happy with the service, this is the 2nd time I have bought things through this company and would have no concerns to continue to use them in the future x”

“Good customer service, but a bit disappointed to not receive my item within 24 hours, having paid for 24 hour delivery. Sadly there was a mark on the charm too, but I kept it anyway as I wouldn't have had time to replace due to it being a gift.”
