“Unfortunately my parcel has still not arrived. It was sent from yourselves on the 17th October but I’m yet to receive it as yet. It’s a birthday present for this weekend therefore I’m hoping it arrives in the morning! Not that this review is any reflection of the company as the ordering and processing was second to none and a great service! Many Thanks”

“Yet to receive the charm was ordered with 48 hour delivery on the 16th for my wife's birthday on the 21st. May not be Joshua James fault but is still relevant.”

“My order has not arrived in the post. When I contacted customer services. They said I have to wait another 14 days. Until they can open up a claim with Royal Mail. No replacement or refund will be done until after this time. Which is quite unfair especially as my order is a birthday gift.”

“The offer I received of spend over £35 on charms receive a free bracelet was good. I then received an email to say the items were not in stock but I emailed a member off staff who then upgraded my postage to first class as soon as it was in stock to ensure my items were here on time so loved all a good service”

“The standard of jewellery I have received in the past is very good however I cannot comment on my recent order as it was despatch 17th October and today, 25th October it has still not arrived. I emailed customer services yesterday and I am awaiting a response.”

“Recently placed two orders, one was received within three days, the other was out of stock. I thought this might be a problem but no it was delivered in seven days (this is normal delivery for most companies). I was extremely pleased with the quality and the excellent service. I will be definitely using Joshua James Jewellery again. Thankyou”
