“First time to use this company. I signed up to the newsletter , after seeing a pop up for a new customer discount. I received many emails offering me several types of discount, all of which excluded the very designer item I wanted, a little disappointed but they did not charge for delivery so I continued with the purchase.”

“Ordered a Nomination charm and a Radley watch. Nomination charm just came in a plastic bag stapled to the invoice I expected the little nomination boxes especially as it was a present. Fast delivery and packaged securely.”

“I ordered a charm for my daughter's nomination bracelet for Christmas and not only was it beautiful but it was delivered quickly and well within time. Even though it was not in stock when I ordered it I received an email to tell me it was now in stock and was being sent out. Both my daughter and I were extremely pleased. Would definitely recommend”

“The store has a wide selection of the Nomination products I joined as an account holder early December. I found the ordering process good but, I was disappointed with the delay in receiving my 1st order, which also arrived incomplete. I also had a great deal of trouble getting contact with the telephone customer services advisers & getting responses to my enquiry emails, which I tried 1st. Once I did they were great, my issues were resolved by very helpful staff & I have since re-ordered, but after the Christmas period. Its a pity they don't get more staff in at busy times as I'm sure I wouldn't have had the multiple, frustrating multiple problems I had!”
