“Ordered a charm which was then out of stock, but money taken from my account anyway, received incorrect charm 2 weeks later, and only half the original order! Won’t send out original order until incorrect charm has been returned! well overdue birthday present, appauling service, wouldn’t shop here again, Yhere are better nomination suppliers than this! Highly disappointed. Wouldn’t even give them one star! Extremely incompetent!”

“unfortunately they did give me the wrong order but Kyle was on top of it and notified me but due to time I could not get a replacement but kept the wrong item which turned out to be great as it was a gift and they loved it. thanks Kyle.”

“Very fast delivery and very good quality of the products only problem was bought two charms separate as 2 gifts when they cam the charms were put together and only one gift box so had to separate the charms.”

“Ordered 3 nomination charms as presents on 18th Oct. Received on 28th Oct. No sign of the free bracelet. Delivery note says it is to follow on. Only two little boxes supplied.”
