“Ordered from here lots of times and every time they have been prompt and item has arrived as described and on time. Even when my partner bought the wrong item for my birthday they were very understanding and changed the item straight away. Great work!”

“Very good prompt service ordered 2 charms, one engraved to personal text... dispatched day after I ordered. Downside only but only got one box to put charms in. As they’re both gifts for different people had to find an old box. Not sellers fault, I should have searched and added a comment for extra box when purchasing”

“I recently ordered a couple of charms for a Nomination bracelet from Joshua James. They arrived well packaged and delivery was fast within a couple of days from placing my order. “Absolutely delighted with my earrings. Bought for a 21st birthday. Beautiful packaging. The earrings and complimentary packaging looks far more expensive than what I paid. Very good communication from Joshua James and quick delivery. Would definitely use again. Thank you so much.”

“Postage was a little unclear so received late for a birthday gift, a little disappointed that it didn’t not arrive in gift box and charm was just in a little packet attached to receipt.”

“Great website and very satisfactory delivery. Only downside, when purchasing a nomination charm there was no option to purchase additional gift wrap or gift box so my purchase was presented to the recipient in the smallest matchbox size wallet. A little disappointed, I did email Joshua James to enquire about purchasing extra gift wrap but no reply. Local nomination stockists won’t sell nomination gift wrap without a purchase so my gift was let down a little by the lack of gift wrap and the lovely bright tissue paper. Lesson learned.”
