“Very quick to post and very helpful showing me photos via Facebook messenger. The only issue ive had is with the website. It kept taking me round in loops it would link me to paypal then i hit pay and it would say my basket was empty! It took me all day to pay for my necklace. I then wanted to do a second order for a matching pearl. Unfortunately the same issue happened with the website and i gave up in the end.”

“Spent alot of money for gifts for Mothers day, order was confirmed and then told days later that my items are not in stock and i have to wait for them, why advertise items and let me pay if you do not have them! I now have no gift to give my mum on mothers day!”
