“Necklace was a present and when it came it was tangled. I spent a full day trying to get all the knots out in the end i had to bring jt to my local jewellers and they were so appalled by the state it was sent to me in they ended up giving me a new chain part”

Absolutely delighted the stone is bright the personalized heart is beautiful It came with a lovely box with words about the stone My friend love's it.
