“I usually order all charms and bracelets from Joshua James when needed for gifts but after waiting over 14 days before they will do anything for £70 worth of an order that has gone missing I won't be again!”

Hello Sarah, Thank you for your review. I have had a look at your order and can see you purchased express delivery which is Royal Mail first class but unfortunately this is not a guaranteed service.
