“I ordered a bracelet and 2 charms and only the charms came. It was a birthday present and the items came on a Friday so I rang the Monday and a bracelet was sent out that day. Glad the problem was rectified quickly but not happy with the mistake”

“Good transaction. I ordered a Trollbead Bangle from France. Fast delivery, well package, tracking number. But I didn't order the good size, it wad too small. I 've called them, returned the bangle (it was not free, not surprise, I've read it). I 've received mail when they got my bangle back, and when they spent it again with tracking number . Very good service Thanks a lot”
