“I ordered 2 lots for delivery in the same day (completed order then added a couple more)within minutes of each other. 1 delivery came a couple of days later, the other was approx 8-10 days. The following day, after I had spent a decent amount of money (5 charms), the site was offering a 20% discount. Having emailed Joshua James, I did not receive a response. I have just been made unemployed so the 20% discount would have been worthy.”

“Paid extra for engraving on a charm, it looks like a black mush band, can't read it amd should not have been given the option nor pay for it to ruin my charm. I wrote to Joshua James and they did not resolve my matter only saying they too couldn't read the engraving on the photo I sent amd to send back, which would incur more cost to myself. A joke of a company. Avoid”

“I've been shopping hear for a few years and they never disappoint. Delivery is very quick, the items are always packaged really well and the prices are usually better then anywhere else. I can't praise them highly enough. Even in these strange times they put the customer first.”

“Can't really review the items that I bought properly as I've been unable to gift it yet. I ordered a nomination starter bracelet, a charm and a tool to let me add links to the bracelet at a future date. As I had to buy a charm as well as a starter link I expected it to come back inserted and ready to wear. It didn't. It came back as a chain of links with the chosen seperate. Easy enough, i'll join them with the tool I ordered, except the tool wasn't in the delivery. I have now missed the recipients birthday and was unable to give them their gift due to it being a string. It wouldn't have been so bad if I was notified that the tool was out of stock and wasn't going to arrive, I could have found a store that was able to link them, as my nearest store that was able to do this was badly flooded earlier in the year and hasn't yet reopened. Hopefully the tool will arrive by Christmas to allow me to gift it then.”

“I've had many Nomination charms from JJJ & its always been perfectly packaged & delivered very quickly...the jewelery itself always arrives in perfect condition, shiney & exactly as it should be & the prices are very fair too...I would deffinately recommend JJJ to anyone”

“Charm arrived well packed but dissapointed no small gift bag only the card for charm . When I have purchased charms elsewhere I have always had a small nomination gift bag”
