“Always been brilliant till recently I ordered charms for my mums birthday, received a email to say it had been dispatched, a week later still nothing I emailed yourself and the reply was were sorry i shouldn’t have received an email due to the product being out of stock. I could have a refund or select a different one! This is no help to me when my mums birthday was 2 days after!! Now Two weeks later and still nothing.”

“I ordered a pendant for a friend's birthday. Although it said in stock when I placed my order there was a delay with delivery as stock needed to be acquired. I was kept informed by email & delivery was then prompt. Product well packaged. I would recommend.”

“Really rubbish service ordered a couple of charms with this website however they take your money, then send email saying the item is out of stock! No good when you need quickly for a gift. Not great and personally I’d avoid. Plenty of better sites with quicker service.”
