“3 times I have ordered from Joshua James. Items stated in stock on website and on every ocassion after I have submitted payment I have received an email saying items are out of stock and awaiting delivery from supplier! Completely unacceptable as all items were gifts and have been late!!”

“I thought the company would have shared the cost of purchasing a charm tool I had to buy because they sent my items joined...... they were for different people. Which ended costing me more money and a tool I didn’ want.”

“When I ordered three charms nowhere did it state they were out of stock. On,y after ordering and paying for the items was I told one or more of the items were out of stock. I personally think customers should be told at the point of ordering whether the items are in stock or not. Thankfully they have now been dispatched so I will receive them in time, however this is about two weeks after ordering. I will not be using this site again.”

“ordered a nomination charm for my niece's xmas present, once received the charm vas faulty as the 'C' in 'Niece' was not clear and looked more like an 'I'.. caused hassle having to return it and order from elsewhere. probably wouldn't purchase from here again. the item should have been checked before sending away.”
