“I recently bought a nomination bracelet and charm as a 21st birthday gift. Purchase was simple delivery was quick but I had issue putting said bracelet together. I did email you for help but never received a reply. Ended up having to ask for help from another party so yes your initial service was good but your after care is seriously lacking. It will make me question whether I buy from you again”

“Always excellent service, orders arrive quickly. Helpful with telephone queries. The only drawback is that orders are sent by Royal Mail who won’t leave the package if no one’s at home which can be a drawback for working people.”

“Had a good service so far,and will remain a long lasting customer,only had to return one item that was exchanged with satisfaction but arrived late due to the lengthy time consuming email communication,however the issue was delt with in a polite manner,other than that I’m really happy with the beautiful items I’ve perchased.I took advantage of the great offers,I’ve been able to treat family and friends and even get reward points to get money off when converted to E money”

“Wanted to order an item that was out of stock everywhere, so set a request to be notified when back in stock at Joshua James and a couple of other retailers. Joshua James notified me a few weeks later that they now had stock. Their price was very competitive, and other retailers still did not have stock anyway, so I ordered the item. Quick delivery, and no problems.”
