“Do not believe the "in stock" description. I ordered a nomination bracelet and additional charms, both of which were described as in stock with a 24 hour delivery. Only the charms arrived when they should have. I subsequently had an email to say that the bracelet was out of stock and should be dispatched within 3-5 days. I was unable to contact the company by phone - constantly engaged, so emailed them. I've now had a response saying that the bracelet will "probably" be in stock in 3-5 days, and then dispatched. This will be a 10 day delivery, if it happens, and the web page is still showing this item as in stock, so presumably more people are tricked into buying. I have asked for my money back.”

“Ordered two items that was in stock but told after ordering only one was in stock. Second item eventually arrived however the email contact team are either unprofessional a technical glitch has happened. I contacted them twice with no response and had to get in touch via Twitter. The item still said in stock even though i was told it was not. I hope they improve this as i will still recommend the site but not my best experience buying this time.”
