“Mistakes do happen and i didn’t receive the pouches to put the bracelets in for a gift when I got the order, but I emailed the customer service they where amazing sent out the next day, very pleased with purchase and service would definitely order again and they arrived next day. 1st class service”

“The worst customer service I have ever experienced. My items of over £50 were sent in a shoddy envelope which arrived open and wet and my items were missing. I contacted them straight away to which they acknowledged they must have been stolen. I was told more than 9 days ago they would investigate. But now I am being point blank ignored. I have tried contacting the company on various platforms alongside my emails - to which I have had no response. I have now had to raise a dispute with my bank to try and recover my money for items I have not received. Very very poor. And I will be avoiding this company in the future.”

“Not at all happy! I ordered a Nomination bracelet and charms! This is very new to me and it arrived on time great! I opened the envelope and the bracelet literally fell out! So I looked at it yep great. There was a plastic bag with the 2 charms in. There was only an invoice in the package! No instructions whatsoever with a bracelet that is very difficult to put together!!! So I will not be ordering again as it needs a jeweller to put it together! Very disappointed”
