“When my order of 2 nomination charms arrived I was delighted with one however the other I unfortunately had to return because the colour was absolutely nothing like the one pictured on your website! Need to ensure that pictures are as true to life as possible please”

“I ordered this charm on a Friday as the free postage wouldn't get there till tue so I payed for 24hr postage as t was for a gift the charm did not arrive till Wednesday ! So me paying for 24hr postage was a complete waste of money very dissapointed with the service”

“Good service however the engraving is very very light and I’m not sure how long it’s going to last which is quite disappointing for £40. Mine is for an allergy and I would hate for no one to be able to read it in a few months time.”
