“Items were perfect but I was disappointed in the packaging. I ordered 2 charms and a bracelet. Opened the envelope and the Nomination bracelet had been put in loose so fell out onto the floor and the 2 nomination charms were in a small plastic zip lock bag. These are a gift so would have been nice to be given them in the Nomination packaging. Fast delivery and good selection of charms though.”

“I have used Joshua James on many occasions for Nominations Charms. It's a great way to shop, not having to leave your home. My nearest Jewellers doesn't have the choice and range that I get with Joshua James. Once ordered the charms normally arrive within two days and I'm always impressed with my order. So will continue to use this company. Well done.”

“bought 3 nomination charms but didnt get free bracelet apparently offer started a few days after purchase. As a incentive to carry on using James thought you would have given free offer but never mind i9 will know next time.”

“This is actually the third time I’ve bought this bracelet, I have one myself and I liked it so much I bought my friend one for her birthday (she also loves it) and I have just purchased the third one for a friend who was celebrating her 18th birthday and she was totally thrilled with it, it’s nice to know that a beautiful bracelet can cover all ages and all of them love it, I would recommend buying it for any occasion or if you’re like me, just because you like it, I will probably buy it again..well worth the money…”

“I ordered a personalised item which arrived inscribed with the wrong font. On contacting the firm I was offered a 15% reduction in cost or to return with a new item being sent out. I suggested a 20% refund (at a cost of less than £3) as the retuned item would not be able to be resold. I was informed that the offer was offer of goodwill not an opening for negotiation. This was from the owner of the company. Why Mr Bell thought he needed to act in goodwill when the mistake was at him end I am unsure. A simple apology would have sufficed. As a customer, I have no need to negotiate- I will simply take my custom elsewhere. Somewhat short sighted Mr Bell - I think you lost sight of the ‘big picture’ when decided to flex your muscle.”
