“Only gave you a three because the wrong item was sent to me. I got in touch and was told to return the item. I couldn’t be bothered to return the item. Saying that the item was delivered quickly and you have an excellent variety of products. My son has since ordered me a charm from you with no trouble at all. Would use your company again because I believe it was a one off and I was the unlucky one.”

“My first order went really well with complete satisfaction, however my second order seems to have a delay as I have had an e-mail to say awaiting stock, please could you advise me if expected delivery time as this is for a very special gift and us a collective present. Also I paid extra for a quicker delivery but obviously this hasn't happened so will I be refunded for delivery please? I really do need to know when this will be arriving because of you cannot complete the order fully I will have to re think the whole gift. Thank you Please get back to me asap. Lola”

“I ordered a Seimia chain and pendant but when it was delivered the chain looked kinked in places. I contacted Joshua James and as it was a present I needed promptly I ordered another chain and sent the damaged one back for replacement. The guy I spoke to was very helpful and posted the replacement chain out the same day which was perfect on arrival. The only downside is that that I had to pay the return postage for the damaged item.”
