“I was ordering from this website due to having a next day delivery service advertise which is was I was in need of. I ordered in the morning and a few hours later I was happy to receive a dispatch email. The following day I was disappointed that my delivery hadn’t been delivered, I contacted them to ask where my delivery was for them to say “ it might have been sent as standard by accident and it’ll take 3-5 days to come “ which really upset me. They did refund my next day delivery payment however the package came 8 days later ! I won’t be ordering from here again. I was very upset as this was for a special birthday present”

“This is the first time I have purchased anything from Joshua James Jewellery and it will not be the last. I love the ring I purchased and have already sent pics to my friends and have put on Instagram. The service is amazing and was surprised I received so soon after ordering considering the times we are experiencing at present. Thank you”

“Website is a bit clunky but the service is excellent. Good range of Nomination charms and the engraving was done really nicely. Really quick delivery as well. I have used them lots and will continue to do so.”

“The service was great and the product was delivered very quickly but I brought this bracelet and charms for a present and the charms are a nightmare to get onto the bracelet, I've googled it and i need a tool but you didn't tell me that or provide one so how am I supposed to get the charms on the bracelet?”

“Order received in just a couple of days. Nomination links not in usual nomination packaging but little organza bags included although 4 links only 2 bags but luckily 2 links for myself, the other 2 for gifts.”

“Lovely piece of jewellery but it's for a gift and I expected it to come in a little box even if it was cardboard and it didn't .. literally in a plastic packet with a mesh bag to put it in.. I think for the money that's disappointing but the jewellery it'sself is nice xx”
