“The bracelet and charms are fine but how they were packaged were unsatifactory. The bracelet was thrown in the envelope and charms were in a small bag also thrown in the envelope. The velvet pouch and charm boxes were in too but the jewellery was just loose and could easily have been damaged.”

“Service and delivery was excellent the only compaint I would have is if you are starting offers I would suggest that you informed your customers about them, a few days after my purchase I received an email from yourselves letting me know if I purchased two charms I could claim a free bracelet... Not good enough a few days after my purchase..”
