“You deducted full price from my account despite one charm being out of stock. I have not received any correspondence to say when or if the charm will be delivered. I prefer to speak on phone rather than send emails to sort such matters out .”

“I haven't received my item - it was £152 so I am not incredibly concerned considering I have now read all the other terrible reviews. It's been almost two weeks and no contact. I have rung them and was given a dispatch date - it didn't happen. Now they are not answering their phone.”

“I cannot fault the service received from Joshua James. My online order arrived promptly and was well packaged. It was a gift for a friend which unfortunately was duplicated so I returned the item to the store. The very friendly member of staff took it back no problem and my account was refunded the same day. Will definitely use again.”
