“Hi I am not very happy with the service as I sent you a email asking why I had not received the free jewellery box for spending over £100 over a week ago, I received a reply a few days after saying they will look into it and nothing since so could you please answer my question Regards Paul Dabell”

“Wasn’t too happy with my order, when it came they had sent me a charm that I didn’t order instead of the one I paid for & was too late to send it back or order another one! Won’t be ordering online again”

“I have used Joshua James many time and ordered nomination charms and bracelets. Unfortunately this time my charm was damaged. As this was a Mother’s Day gift this was dissappointing as I had to send it back before I received a new charm (still not arrived). I’m not the type of person to make complaints and I understand the people responding to my problem we’re just doing their job, however I would expect something back maybe a 5 pound off or something as I am a loyal customer (I have 2 bracelets myself) and spending nearly 30 pound on a 5pence piece charm which i have had to sort out getting changed/cannot gift to my mum is a disappointment.”

“Ordered a link for a nomination bracelet from Joshua James where I’ve brought all the links from for my son to give his mummy on Mother’s Day. 6 working days later still waiting for delivery where I was told 48 hrs. Rang up and told to keep waiting. This is the second time I’ve experienced a delay in receiving links.”
