“Happy with the items but wish they came in gift boxes instead of small plastic bags”

“I have bought Nomination charms online from Joshua James several times and always been pleased with the service. There is a vast choice and delivery is fast. However this time the two charms I have bought are linked together. They are gifts for two people and I have not got the knack of separating the charms. I have even got one of the special gadgets but still can’t do it. Help.”

“Disappointed at the response I got from my query re how to fix a new charm onto a new bracelet. Told to watch you tube or buy a tool (would it have hurt Joshua James to supply me one)”

“Was quite dissapointed with how long the charm took to be delivered considering I only live in Willerby . Aproximately 3 miles from me . This was a birthday present for someone and I was getting quite anxious as to whether it was going to be delivered on time .”

“I placed two separate orders a week apart, once the order was placed I got an email to say all of the five items were out of stock! I emailed customer service and a week later have still not received a reply!”

“Quality 5 Bracelets not same size as in a shop so spent another 100 on links for my daughters birthday last minute as I wasn’t expecting the bracelet to be so small. Save your time and just buy it from the shop instead of on this site”

“Ordered for a birthday present took 4 days to arrive. Surely if it's in stock a couple of days would have been sufficient. Ordered one elsewhere was overnight delivery no extra charge.”
