“Didnt receive my items that were ordered for a birthday present . And been told they were sent out by royal mail which is not the case as ive recieved other post and no sign of my order . Very dissapointed”

“I'm disabled expected to run around when you messed up my order spoken down to by customer services and then apparently a manger who was very rude and I felt very discriminated as I am unable to leave my home and I'm expected to find somewhere to take this unwanted items back as they were not what I ordered and your company is unwilling to come and collect it I am very very disappointed and disgusted”
