“I bought the charms and bracelet as a gift for a special birthday. I already have a bracelet and love it. I am sure it will be gratefully received. I received prompt delivery. All packaging included. Even a gift bag.”

“Awful service. Picked 2 items said in stock paid extra for next day delivery. Only to recive email 2 days later stating its not in stock and have to wait 3-5 workig days n no refund on my next day delivery certainly will not be using again!”

“Stock levels up to date so no disappointment after ordering. An exta day to wait for delivery to N.I which shouldn’t be the case with Royal Mail / Parcel Force as it’s a uk postal service not courier but Joshua James will always be my first port of call for charms.”

“Arrived just as expected however the charms could have been polished as they have some marks or stains on and don’t look as shiny as the rest of my bracelet. They both arrived like this. Excellent price however I do feel this is probably due to the quality. Should this issue be resolved of jewellery not being polished I will deffo shop again!”
