“Despite me only ordering items marked as being in stock, one item was apparently out of stock and I have received absolutely no communication at all! Tried to call number, just rings and rings! Now have my money and no way of knowing when item will arrive or if it will arrive!”

“The product was fine and there were no problems with the actual item, but was only notified that the item was ‘awaiting stock’ the day after I had purchased it. The charm was intended as a birthday present, so it would have been useful to have been with informed of the lack of stock at the time of purchase.”
