“Paid extra for next day delivery on the 15th December and arrived the 29th. No options for return, and doesn’t recognise me as an account holder. Just a waste of £37.”

“A promise of a first purchase discount turned out to be very misleading and in effect a sham. I lodged a query about this on their "contact us" page and they haven't bothered to reply. I ordered a wedding ring and it was made clear that there is a 4 week delay, but it has been three weeks already and there has been no update from the initial message. This is rubbish customer care given the size and importance of the purchase.”

“I didn't receive the jewellery I send an email and emails regarding this matter and no one will help me apparently I have to wait till 13th January but I will bet you I will have to email them again because they will not contact me. It was for a Christmas present and I told them this but they just did care. Very disgusting customer service I will never use there service again. People don't buy from them.”

“Brilliant store,very courteous and professional members of staff and the website was so easy to use. I ordered online and within 1 hour it was available to collect from the store if that was what I wanted or have it posted to me. Overall I cannot praise this store enough.”

“Reasonably priced and delivered quickly. Quick responses by customer service. Unfortunately, the earrings were stapled to the invoice rather than being in the box. I threw the invoice away without looking at (as I bought online, so I wouldn’t have used it for anything). 2 days later I realised they weren’t in the box, so I now have no earrings and an out of pocket. Check the packaging. Partially my own fault, but I do feel there should have at least been a note in the box if the goods weren’t in there.”
