“Ordered a nomination bracelet band charm for Christmas on 17th December. Envelope arrived on 22nd December minus bracelet. Tried phoning but shop closed on a Wednesday, discussed via email, photos sent showing delivery and was advised on 23rd that a new bracelet would be sent. Now on the 9th January and still not arrived. Have contacted a number of times requesting can delivery be tracked to be told it’s been sent Royal Mail and to allow 14 working days before a claim to be logged. Really disappointed with after service received, currently out of pocket financially as had to go and buy another gift on Christmas Eve. I will not use this company again and wouldn’t recommend”

“Bought 2 nomination charms both as gifts for Xmas for different ppl, very quick delivery and well packaged, only downside was that they only sent 1 gift bag & tag, so unfortunately 1 gift had to go into a normal bag.”
