“I bought the nomination bracelet for my daughter. The bracelet is lovely and so was the charm I bought to go on it. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because I had no idea how to fasten it and there were no instructions with it. I had to email customer services to get the instructions. There were very good and did reply really quickly.”

“I recently ordered 13 Nomination charms. All items were in stock and I received them incredibly quickly - within a day or so. They are all of the usual high quality. In the past when I contacted customer services about queries I had, I always received a prompt reply. This is a great company to deal with. An added bonus is that you can earn points on your purchases which can be converted into money off future orders.”
