“I purchased a waterproof mattress protector and when I fitted it it was not long enough. It didn’t go more than an inch over the end of the mattress. I emailed them and sent photos. They were brilliant. I returned the cover they reimbursed the cost of postage and I received a new one within a week. They even returned the new cover in the container I returned the incorrect one in. They communicated by email every step of the way. Will now always use Jonic for the caravan.”

“The company is awesome! I rang up and spoke to one of the reception staff who was so helpful. I gave them my measurements for a new deep topper for my caravan mattress I told them what I required and even though she had to phone me back a day or two later and clarify my measurements as I had missed off the fact the it was not a oblong shape mattress but a semi circular bottom edge they still managed to get it to me the day before we were going away. Quick, efficiant, excellent customer care, good price and great quality item. Highly recommend.”
