Lovely Jewellery but I had a terrible experienve trying to get A Toggle bracelet gift box that was broken Replaced. I spent over £200 in all for all my bridesmaids. They wanted evidrnce of the broken box and reference. To buy one was costing £4 plus £3 postage Why when it was faulty should I have to pay an extra £7. My last email was ignored.

Delivery was brilliant but the brooch wasn't. After great difficulty in trying to unattach the item from the box, the delicate fastening pin became bent, and despite straightening it, it continued to pop open and fall off my dress. I was disappointed as I wanted to wear this heart shaped brooch on Valentine's Day in tribute to my late husband., and when it fell to the ground on the day I felt lost. I appreciate that I could have returned it, but really didn't have the want to do so. I submitted this review for the company to look at the packaging and make it easier for those with less nimble fingers; and advise those who are purchasing the broach to take care when unpacking it.

Well the jewellery I have received has been lovely, my last order has gone missing, so I'm having to see if I can find it at my Royal mail depot.

Earrings arrived without a gift box. Made in Thailand on the card. Overpriced for quality of product. Won't bother again.

Purchased 2 pairs of Nice clip on earings but unfortunately the rubber piece at the back of both pairs fell off upon first wearing and I can’t manage to put it back on.

I received the wrong item and it was for my daughters prom. I then had to return the item and pay my return postage, having already paid for express delivery! I asked for the cost of the return postage to be covered in my item refund and it was not! Ordered the correct item elsewhere and received it correctly and in time for the prom. Won't be buying from here again!

I really love the jewellery. The reason I rate it 2 because I order 3 pieces to gift to someone and only one came into the original box

Lovely earring and necklace set. Shame about the customer service weeks waiting for item to arrive and no response about where it is until the day it arrived. I wouldn’t take the risk of ordering from this site again.

The despatch email, should have contained tracking information, but didn't. It said to contact you via email if the article hadn't arrived after 5 days which it didn't. I emailed you twice but got no reply. You do not have a phone number to call customer support, hence the poor score There is no live chat or telephone number, amd you ignore emails. You never replied, the bracelet just turned up after about 8 days

I was a bit let down as these earrings for were my civil wedding ceremony and as soon as I put them on, they broke. They were the clip ons, but that's still unaceptable.
