I ordered a four leaf clover bracelet but I was sent a completely different item. I returned this bracelet but Jon Richard refused to refund the delivery costs saying they only refund in cases of faulty goods. I think this absolutely disgusting as they are at fault for sending the wrong item in the first place. I would never buy from or recommend Jon Richard again.

I ordered my delivery almost 2 weeks ago and my delivery has not come. The customer service is horrible and there has been no progression.

absolutely atrocious customer service. From ignored emails, to not sending my item to me on time, to cancelling my order completely without an apology or explanation. Doesn't even deserve 1 star

My order got cancelled the day after it was due to be delivered, this left no time to order from anywhere else in time for Christmas delivery. Very disappointed

Returned items 2 weeks ago for a refund. They have not acknowledged receipt of the items or been in touch at all. I've emailed Customer Services 3 times. This is unacceptable. I just want my money back.

Very disappointed , the set is very tiny not what I expected . The packing was just in a small plastic bags . It should have been packed as shown on the website .

We have returned the item that we purchased as the clasp was broken. We are awaiting a refund and have had no correspondance from Jon Richard.

Packaging was poor and earrings arrived damaged. A real shame as the earrings were beautiful.

Didn't send me all of my order. Then refunded me the item that had been sent (which was pretty cheeky as it was less then the other item)

Terrible service, I purchased two items for Christmas, last update sent was that the order was being processed then heard nothing. 3 weeks later still nothing so after chasing this up several times by email was told the items must be lost in transit and are now out of stock!! I doubt they were even posted as I didn’t get a dispatch notification. I can’t find the items in stock anywhere else so there will be a very disappointed child on Christmas Day. Would never use this site again, my advice, buy elsewhere!!

First order, had an email saying dispatched item then the next day a refund email because they were out of stock. I Emailed to confirm which was the correct email I had received and had absolutely no response.
