I purchased these for my wedding online. The necklace arrived in a plastic bag and the tiara wasn’t even in a box. I have already emailed Customer Services and haven’t had a reply. If you purchase these items in store, you at least get something to keep them in. Bit disappointed

I have already sent an email to your customer services department. Either I have the wrong address or my email was disregarded. I had bought the earrings, necklace and bangle in this set and they all came in cellophane bags. These were a gift for my daughter's wedding. There are items, which you sell at far cheaper prices in boxes and the fact this set was not sent in a display box was so disappointing.

Flakey clasp on pearl and crystal heart polished silver bracelet. Shame as I love the design but bangle clasp keeps opening and falling off . Have lost two of same design where they’ve fallen off - tried buying this third one but same thing happens.

Not very good quality. One item was tarnished. Very small would fit a child but not stated in description. No boxes provided. Very disappointed

I ordered some earrings for Christmas. Their website and social media accounts stated order by 19th December using standard delivery or by 21st December using express delivery. I ordered on 18th December and they were supposedly despatched on 19th December, but did not turn up meaning I had to leave someone disappointed at Christmas. I contacted them after Christmas and their pathetic reply was that I would have to wait 7 working days until 1st January (which isn't even 7 working days), today is the 1st January and no surprise that I haven't received them still. I have now asked for a refund and I won't be using their service again. Everything I ordered on 18th December from other sites that promised Christmas delivery managed to get my orders to me in time. I'm extremely disappointed and their customer service representative was less than apologetic too.

Made an order.. order confirmed... looked at my bank account to find you had taken the money out.... only to find you gave it back 2 days later with no explanation or email why....very confused about it all. Never recived item ordered and never heard anything back to why this happened!! Not a happy person as this was for my daughters prom!!!! Will never order from you again and had to get something from someone else.... Regards Sharon
