“Unfortunately the last batch of jewellery that I ordered was disappointing - usually I am delighted but not on this occasion. It needs to be made clearer on the website a) the length of necklaces (I have a large neck and most of the ones I ordered are too small) b) the weight of the jewellery (some pieces were really heavy) and c) there needs to be a photo of EVERY item being worn by a model. Only in this way can you tell the actual size of the item.”

“Dear Jon Richard! You have one VERY SATISFIED customer! The delivery did not go without hick-ups, though: Hermes failed to deliver the earrings to Blair House in Scotland! I had even paid for an express delivery. But the your colleague Tracy at customer service took an executive decision after hearing that I DID need the earrings for a birthday bash in Scotland (we were flown in from Sweden by the birthday child) and sent a new set via Royal Mail Express,. These earrings I received the next day! This incident gives you yet another reason to drop Hermes as your shipping partner and find a new company who can deliver faultlessly inside the UK! All the best! Anu, the proud owner of 2 (two!) sets of Jon Richard's earrings”
