“Items were perfect but the gift box of one was damaged and doesn't open properly and is ripped. It was ment for my bridesmaids as a gift so I am disappointed.”

“Fantastic customer service . I specifically wanted to buy this item as I had actually lost it and it was given to me as a gift and I was very upset I'd lost it. The lady whom I got through to was I believe called Tracy and she was so kind in taking the trouble to look and see if any were left and I believe it was the last one and it was no longer a stock item. This was last year but I've been meaning to put a review up and forgot!”

“I ordered 3 sets of earrings, 2 for myself and 1 for a gift, liked the 3 rd pair so much I preferred another set for myself! Had lots of compliments on them already and they look very expensive. I like to stand out and be a bit different and I’m known for wearing mismatched earrings, think I’ve started a trend as all my friends love the look. Highly recommended the Jewellery from Jon Richard, you won’t be disappointed 👍🏽”

“Ordered 4 necklaces which I needed for the next day. Phoned customer services and got Tracy On the phone. Tracy overseen the order from start to finished, organised next day postage and even went to the post office herself. Customer service at its best. The jewellry is smart and very affordable. 5 ⭐️ Thankyou Tracy”
