“I bought a necklace which I wore over a weekend. It went black including the pendant, so it went in the bin. I will never buy from this company again.”

“The website being a little difficult to understand how to claim discount on first order this was rectified by telephoning and speaking to a young lady in the office. Apart from this, the ring arrived quite quickly and I was pleased with the fit and the style.”

“I ordered two bracelets recently because I couldn't decide which I liked better to wear for my wedding. One is so delicate and sparkly it is perfect I love it. The other if i didnt want it was going to go to my mum but on closer inspection three diamonte squares were missing so I was very dissapointed but had thrown away the packaging. It was in the sale so wasn't really worth sending back myself but the squares missing wernt in the bag it came in so I think quality control need to inspect the pieces with more vigilance before sending.”

“I love the range at Jon Richard which explains why I have made several purchases. The images online are accurately portrayed; the descriptions are very full and clear; the service couldn't be bettered, in my opinion. The goods always arrive within 2 days, or 3 if a weekend were to `interrupt` the service. And last, but not least, I like the prices. I have some `good` jewellery but I wear Jon Richards every day...and it is admired constantly.”
