“Returned items 2 weeks ago for a refund. They have not acknowledged receipt of the items or been in touch at all. I've emailed Customer Services 3 times. This is unacceptable. I just want my money back.”

“Gorgeous items for every event however disappointing when you chose in stock items only to be told out of stock then money refunded a couple of days later so you place another order again out of stock Problem is 2 lots of postage to get what you need yes apologies they are going to say due to their fantastic sale out of stock In this day and age of technology there should be a better system and one of the postage returned just saying”
