“I ordered Jon Richard Rose Gold Plated And Lavender Stone Toggle Bracelet, and when I opened the box, one of the lavender stone already fell off, so I had to glue it. Not very happy with this.”

“Unfortunately, I still have to receive my items. I placed the order on 3rd September, payment was taken 7th September, I emailed 23rd September for update and again on 27th September, no reply from either email. Will be requesting refund at this stagevi think.”

“Choosing was the only difficult part. Ordering was easy and postage was very quick, just three days after ordering. Very pleased with the quality and price. Unfortunately the items did not suit, so had to return them, but that was very easy aswell. Would recommend”

“Necklace didn't hang the same on me as your model. Had to return for refund. Customer service made the return for a refund simple. It was a shame because it was a very sweet two line necklace.”

“Absolutely stunning bracelet and matching earrings purchased at a very reasonable price. Quick service too, my only criticism would be the jewellery arrived packaged in plastic see through bags inside bubble wrap bags, would’ve been more special in jewellery boxes or pretty little cloth bags maybe 🤔 anyway just my opinion”
