“Lovely products, shame about customer service. Sent emails requesting help because needed to know which size box to order because some items did not include them but received no reply. No way to contact you. Phones were not answered either so may not use again.”

“The earrings I purchased as gifts are beautiful and arrived in time for the occasion. There was a slight issue with one of the earring posts but after an email to the company they courteously and promptly sent out a replacement which arrived the next day. I am extremely happy with my purchase and the customer service offered and would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.”
