“Purchased pink earings and a long pink pearl necklace to match unfortunately the necklace was more of a cream colour than pink so cant wear them together. However the earrings are lovely”

“I bought this to replace a bracelet I’d purchased previously (from a different shop) as it was meant for my sisters 30th birthday to wear on her wedding day. I was so impressed at the quality, it was lovely. The only downside was that it didn’t come in a box which was disappointing. But I would buy again.”

“Very much disappointed! One star for packaging team and customer services (the jewellery sets are no doubt are very pretty but in a plastic bag they are not looking presentable) I Ordered gift boxed sets,one of them came in a plastic zip bag. Customer services is kind of nothing. Paid delivery charges to save my time and to avoid any trouble as they were the gifts of family whom i am meeting next week. Left me with no option but just embarrassment. IfJR team reading it by any chance, please respond!”
