I have bought alot of Jon Richard jewelery and have always been very pleased. Unfortunately this purchase was disappointing. The necklace in the set I bought snapped almost as soon as I put it on.

Poor quality item described as plated but just 4 rows of dimantes which don’t really sparkle, will be returning for a refund.

Ordered a bracelet on the 20th May and had a notification of it's despatch on the 25th May; 10 days later it's now the 4th June and I still haven't received it. Very disappointing.

I ordered my items on 20th May for my son’s wedding on 30th. However it is now 3rd June and I have still not received it so unfortunately will be returning it once it eventually arrives. I was willing to pay for express delivery but there was no option for this at time of ordering online, however, I still thought 10 days would be plenty of time for this to arrive.

The quality of the earrings was not worth the money I paid. I contacted customer services regarding this and received no reply. Very disappointed and will not be shopping with you again

Really bad quality jewellery and customer service. The backs of the earrings do not fit properly therefore within minutes of wearing them I had lost an earring. As I have the other earring showing the backs are to big I contacted customer service on numerous occasions however I have never received a response nor acknowledgment of my problem. Such bad service! I wouldn’t recommend

I got a bracelet from here as a gift for somebody and the quality was so bad that I couldn't give it to her. I, myself don't think that I'll ever wear it.

Received 2 items - bracelet too small - looked for sizing under product details and all it gave were ring sizes! Other purchase was a pair of pink Pearl earrings that weren’t pink!!!

I ordered a bracelet a.d gift box, it arrived not in the gift box so what ws the point as it went directly to the recipient. The other part of the gift was out of stock and I was emailed too late to get anything else. Not a happy customer
