“I placed my first order. Receiving a small discount for doing so. My credit card was charged. I waited. I had an email telling me my order had been processed. I waited. No further communication from Jon Richard. Later my credit card was refunded. No goods arrived yet the item was still being offered for sale on their website. Pretty awful lack of service/ delivery. Won’t bother using them again.”

“Beautiful items of jewellery! I bought 3 lots that and some were in the sale, but they are truly lovely pieces and I would recommend that everyone have at least a couple of looks at the website because they regularly change and add new things which is very exciting and very affordable.”

“I wanted small silver hoop earrings. I came across Jon Richards online just browsing. Ordered these earrings.Easy order, fast delivery. Perfect just what I wanted. And don't hurt my ears (as sensitive) with cheap silver products. These are perfect would definitely recommend. Will use again.”
