I ordered a rose gold necklace and earring set and it didn’t look like the pictures it was big and tacky but the delivery was fast and came before it was due

Two bracelets were received promptly. One is lovely but other was not as expected. I ordered two Stirling silver bracelets but the incorrect item was gold. I have returned this and await a replacement or refund.

I bought two pairs of earrings for my sons wedding next April! When they came I expected them to be better quality for the price and they were quite a lot smaller than I wanted! They are pretty though but, will probably only buy jewellery from a shop in future!

Purchased 3 rings, 1 was for my god-daughter's 18th. Rings were far nicer in person than on the website. Seeing pics of people wearing the jewellery would help? Was shocked to have to pay extra £5 for a box, £2 just for a pouch etc ? Also postage cost for 3 tiny rings was highly excessive. Think it was £3.95 yet actual cost would have been standard 2nd class, ie less than 60p? There should be reduced postage for small items. Overall product & expertise very good but unhappy with additional costs.

No issues with the service. My ring is another matter. Tri colour russian wedding ring. Received less than a month ago and the yellow gold plating has already mostly worn off.

The earrings I purchased were much much larger than I expected and were not suitable for the person I had purchased them for. I have kept them but would think twice before ordering again.

I received my product, however, the necklace was completely knotted. Therefore, I spent a long time trying to unknot the chain. I managed to unknot the majority, however, there is still a small knot which I am unable to de tangle. Slightly annoying, as I have to ensure the small knot is always behind my neck.

Product was exactly as expected, described packaging let’s you down, a cheap plastic bag for a Valentine’s love heart bracelet! A small red box would got 5 stars, presentation is pricleds

Hi, we are sorry you are disappointed. If a product comes with a gift box the image online will include this - unfortunately not all our products come with gift boxes. We have boxes available on our website pricing between £1 and £4. I hope this helps or any future purchases.

Bracelet was bought as a gift. It was lovely but arrived just in plastic bag. I assumed it would come with a box or jewellery pouch as at no time during checkout did it ask would I like a box/pouch or even a gift receipt. I know now that you have to pay extra which I would have if I had known at the time.

Lovely bracelet but I bought it as a special gift for my friends 50th. It came in a little plastic bag which made it look cheap. Wish they had said you need to buy a gift box/bag which I would have if I had known especially as no shops open due to Covid to go and buy a gift box at such short notice.

Really beautiful quality bracelet that arrived very quickly. Disappointed to find after opening the delivery box, that it was in a plastic bag that was then wrapped in bubble wrap. Even a small pouch would have made all the difference. It was a Christmas gift, so this meant I had to look for a better way to present it.

The jewellery items were fantastic. Efficient postage but for a £40 necklace I expected it to come in more than a tiny zip loc bag. Very disappointing.

Could have come better packaged. Came in a plastic wrapping rather than a box. So it seemed more like market jewellery than a presentable piece.
