Firstly one item didn’t come on time and I had to chase it then it was resent and sent To the post office cos I had to sign for it which is very inconvenient that’s why I buy online so I can get it delivered. Then I picked up the item and was so small and looks terrible so very disappointed.

Purchase arrived without the gift box. I send an email (by replying to email from JonRichard) asking to rectify, only to find out the following day, that that email was a 'no reply' email, so they never received it. By that time the birthday has arrived and gift box would have been late anyway.

The packaging you get when buying online is cheap and not like in the shop, where the head accessories are nicely put in boxes but you recieve a bubble wrapped itemed. The earings I bought don’t look any nicer than the usual ones you can find everywhere but for a third of the price I paid for these. On the earings you can also see the glue on the pearls and doesn’t look high quality at all, items like this cannot be returned and unfortunately I am left with earings that I will probably never wear.

The products themselves - a silver plated crystal tennis bracelet for £10.50 and a silver Swarovski crystal tennis necklace for £28 - very absolutely lovely. What I found unacceptable was that these items arrived in a small jiffy bag and both were just in a clear plastic packet - not gift boxed at all and somewhat crumpled - in fact NOTHING to say they were from Jon Richard at all!! Not even a label on them said that!! It's just my opinion, but they should have come in gift boxes with the Jon Richard name on them - that way they would have been safer packaged that just in a jiffy bag. After all, I did pay £5 for delivery costs. If it wasn't for that, I would have put good or even very good as they arrived very promptly. This was ordered just before Christmas so was obviously a gift. I put them in my own little box with the Jon Richard compliment slip sellotaped on the front so my daughter would know it was a quality gift and not a cheap one. My 17 year old daughter absolutely loves them.

The earings were lovely the gift box was to small for the earings they did not sit well in the box and the box fell to bits had to fix it . Bought for my friends 60th birthday so i was not impressed.

Not impressed. 1 item just didn’t turn up with any explanation or anything just a red biro line through it and then money back in my account several days later. 1 of the other items broken, which I emailed about and was assured a replacement. This has yet to arrive and it has been a while now. Shame because the items in the past I have purchased have generally been nice and I would have ordered again but this has sadly let them down

I purchased some new backs for my stud earrings sadly most are too loose and one fell out the first time I used it fortunately I was at home and found it later on the carpet but now nervous to use going out sad as I bought quite a few to replace old broken ones .

This Christmas was my first year of shopping online for Jon Richard Jewellery as i normally go in store, however, i wouldn't exactly say that it was the best experience. I had the wrong item sent out to me twice which caused hassle, and when i did finally speak to the warehouse manager, i was lucky that they had 1 LEFT of the item i had originally ordered. Had have the item gone, i would have been completely dissatisfied, but the manager was very nice and kind about it, and said she wasn't sure why the second mistake was sent out without without phoning me back first to make sure it was the right one, but that the woman who usually covers the warehouse was off hence why it was the manager calling me. I did get to keep one of the 2 necklaces that were sent out by mistake as an apology, but i wanted to leave this review to encourage people to check their packages sooner rather than later for any errors.

Nice enough earrings but weren't supplied in a box for gifting and the back are not sterling silver so have to buy replacement backs. All in all, could have bought better elsewhere

Im afraid one of the more expensive £25 pairs of earrings was broken on arrival (backing was not fixed on) which meant I could not use the pair for my wedding day as I had ordered them late an had no time to re-order or organise. The rest of the order was absolutely perfect- thank you- but this isolated faulty item was poorer quality than I had expected from Jon Richard which had received excellent reviews online. I am aware there are no refunds for earrings but is there an exception in this circumstance as they were never worn? Many thanks

If the item is faulty and the backing is not satisfactory - please return the item to us and we will be happy to send you a replacement pair or a refund on this occasion. Simply state on the returns form the item is faulty and you would like a replacement. Hope this helps kind regards

Good service, quick delivery, however was very disappointed to find the items I purchased dropped in price drastically the day after I ordered them and was not able to get any form of discount from what I had purchased.

Jewellery arrived in good time and is stunning but one of the pieces was not what I ordered. eMailed them to ask how to proceed and still have not had the courtesy of a reply 4 days later.

Ordered pearl clip on earrings for my grandaughters wedding. Advertised has pink,but when it's.ephoed to make sure they lady said would find out. The message came back that they were not pink. Vety disappointed that they were advertised has pink. So I had to cancel order.

The earrings stud piece is shorter than should be. Fall down from my ears as the flower is too heavy. Unfortunately because of health and safety the company dosnt accept back the item. I read on the website. It was absolutely wasted money

I had express delivery and didn’t come when I expected it to and when it did arrive the gift box was all bent meaning I couldn’t really use it

The jewellery was not as the picture and expectation was a pink set but were a creamy white,they were to be worn with a pink bridesmaid dress. It was ordered late in the day so no time to change it. Did speak to customer service who were polite but denied that they were supposed to be pink although the invoice stated pink.
