“Bracelet was beautifull but I was disappointed in the packaging. Would think that all items would come in some form of gift box but it arrived in a small plastic bag. As I brought this as a gift I then had to try and package it to look pretty”

“The team member went out of her way to help locate and have delivered the item I required. I had purchased 7 brackets over a period of a few months for bridesmaids gifts and was one short she traced just one and got it to me on time I paid extra postage.”

“I ordered three hair combs, upon arrival one of them had some of the jewels missing and loose in the bag. They had obviously come unstuck which is a shame. The hair combs were bwautoful other than that, but I am still returning them as they are not what I'm looking for after seeing them in real life.”
