“I ordered a four leaf clover bracelet but I was sent a completely different item. I returned this bracelet but Jon Richard refused to refund the delivery costs saying they only refund in cases of faulty goods. I think this absolutely disgusting as they are at fault for sending the wrong item in the first place. I would never buy from or recommend Jon Richard again.”

“Lovely Jewellery but I had a terrible experienve trying to get A Toggle bracelet gift box that was broken Replaced. I spent over £200 in all for all my bridesmaids. They wanted evidrnce of the broken box and reference. To buy one was costing £4 plus £3 postage Why when it was faulty should I have to pay an extra £7. My last email was ignored.”

“Love the earrings, just right size and look super. I have pierced ears but my earlobes droop with drop earrings. So happy I found these great clip ons very difficult to come by for some reason.”
