“I used Jon Richard to buy bracelets to go into Christmas boxes for a charity which helps women in need. Customer Services people went out of their way to help and advise me, and managed to get me a very good price. Everyone who saw the bracelets thought how pretty they were, and the recipients were delighted. I would certainly use this company again; their products are lovely, and the Customer Service was outstanding!”

“The earrings I purchased as gifts are beautiful and arrived in time for the occasion. There was a slight issue with one of the earring posts but after an email to the company they courteously and promptly sent out a replacement which arrived the next day.
