“Ordered 3 items the earrings and necklace were as expected from pictures very nice . Set of 3 earrings were very disappointing extremely small which was not shown on pictures far too small for me to use .”

“I ordered a necklace but I never received it. I didn't receive any communication to say that it was out of stock. I only discovered this when I looked at my banking online and discovered I had been refunded. I do love Jon Richard Simply Silver jewellery but this time I was a bit disappointed that I never received an email explaining what had happened.”

“I bought a few items at high prices and all the diamonds and jewels fell out of most of my items within one day of wearing Them. I don’t recommend as everything had fell out.”

“I have the pleasure in owning several Jon Richard necklace and earring sets. And still buying! They are absolutely stunning. Can't believe the quality for the price. Quality is first class. Sadly, I've lost the earrings to my favourite set. And I'm now scouring the internet to see if I can find replacements, even if I have to buy the whole set again I will. But no luck as yet. So upsetting. Highly recommend Jon Richard jewellery.”
