“The earrings were absolutely lovely but the packaging was poor, hence only 3 stars. They were delivered in a small plastic bag covered with bubblewrap and a flat cardboard box. For the cost of the earrings which were a gift, I expected at the very least, a small fabric drawstring pouch.”

“Ordered heart necklace and bracelet to match. Very pleased with how they look. Bracelet is a nice length which you can adjust to fit. Lovely polished silver. Good price as they were in the sale, cheaper than others selling the same items. Very happy. Also ordered 2 bracelets from their sale for myself and for a gift they are stunning and again very happy. No boxes they arrive in a small plastic bag. So you need to purchase a box if you use as a gift.”

“The shopping process was very easy and straightforward. The item (tiara) was beautiful and arrived really well packaged and protected. I had an issue with my order that I received an answer for the very next day. Three things that could be improved on: 1. Offer tiara boxes to buy (none available in the gift box section) 2. The confirmation email states you'll get an email once the item has been dispatched, I got none. 3. Provide a tracking link, especially for international orders.”

“my product never turned up, got a refund but no alert that the item wasn't in stock, was buying as a present however it was too late by the time I realised it wasn't coming :( had a similar experience before where they sent a completely different product to what I ordered, Customer service was appalling. Needless to say I still have the wrong product:( I would think twice before ordering ever again”

You can purchase one separately here - https://www.jonrichard.com/gifts-c24/gift-box-c170 All jewellery will however be in protective packaging to keep it safe from harm.
