Beautiful rings at amazing price. I needed a replacement engagement ring as I couldn’t afford to get my real one repaired so I thought I’d try these ring. I was a bit anxious that these rings would look cheap or unsubstantial but they actually look really authentic with a 1 carat size stone in the engagement ring. I ordered a small which was a perfect fit for an ‘L’ size ring. Absolutely thrilled with them.

I bought a pearl set from Jon Richard, for my mother to give to my daughter in law for Christmas. Ordered on 9th December, email to say dispatched on 15th December but it hasn't arrived. Family embarrassed. No phone number to contact Jon Richard. Three emails sent and still no reply. No package tracking number. Won't use them again.

service wasn't the worst but wasn't GOOD either unfortunately. could be a one off, I have no idea. bought a necklace/earring set for christmas gift - 1. it got delivered to completely the wrong address, so maybe Jon Richard could ensure tracked postage instead? to avoid these issues. & 2. it was completely the wrong set they sent. 3. it took them OVER a week, to reply to two emails I sent to there customer service email about the issue. no auto response email to let me know they'd received anything or how long it would take them to get back to me. all in all, a bit of a mess about if I'm honest. could be because it's christmas but... still not a great, functional service. disappointed.

The items I eventually received where very nice. However the item I was particularly wanting was not delivered, I was not informed there was a problem and only realised I would not receive it when my bank advised I had a refund! No explanation on the delivery note, the item was just crossed off. I was asked for a review a week before the items had been delivered.

When I went to wrap Up the bracelet I ordered it was not in the box I sent an email as could not find a phone number and 2 days have passed with no reply from them. Therefore please check your orders and don’t expect a reply from them. Poor customer service.

I never received the order which they claim was despatched on the 7 December and my email has not received a reply. No telephone number on the website to speak to anyone. This was a gift and it’s very disappointing.

I am writing to express my extreme frustration regarding my recent order. I had placed an order for gifts intended for my triplet sisters, and the experience has been incredibly disappointing. Not only did the shipping take much longer than expected, but to my dismay, the items never arrived. Instead, I received a refund without any explanation or communication about the issue. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I am genuinely fuming about the entire experience. I had high expectations for the gifts, especially given the significance for my sisters, and the lack of information and resolution has left me extremely dissatisfied. I urge you to address this matter promptly and provide an explanation for the inconvenience caused. your customer service ignored me aswell when i raised this issue .

Very slow delivery and when arrived one of the items was missing, with no communication as to whether it was out of stock / coming later / would be refunded. Previously sent an email asking for an update as slow delivery, but never received a reply.

A week after I placed my order I received another email to say my order has been dispatched. After a week I still didn't have my order so I emailed Jon Richard to enquire but I got no response so emailed again but still no response. It's impossible to spk to anyone at Jon Richard as they don't give out a telephone number. I then received an email to say my refund is on the way even though I didn't request one as I was still hoping my order would arrive. I've just received another email inviting me to leave a review and in this email Jon Richard hopes that I'm happy with my order and the service??? I wouldn't use this company again as their customer service seems to be non existent, and reading other reviews it seems it's common place. Please shop else where.

Ordered some earrings online. Got an email a few days later to say my purchase had been refunded. I replied and asked why. I didn’t elbear anything. Money however was returned.

I was disappointed with the quality as they look like something I could have bought in Claires Accessories. As the tamper seal was over the front of the earrings, I couldn't look at them through the packaging so I had to break it. It's a shame. They looked lovely on the picture.
