“I have purchased Jon Richards jewellery for years and could never fault it. Since closure of Debenhams, I have recently started to purchase online. Everything arrived in perfect condition. I am reluctant in buying jewellery online as sometimes not all is what it seems. I can honestly say the four batches I have purchased within the last month in the sale have exceeded my expectations. Every single piece has been beautiful, hence the four batches ... repurchased more and more after seeing the quality. Quite a lot of birthdays sorted for a while! Thank you and keep up your great service and great price x”

“Wanted a particular style of earing but could not find the exact one anywhere. Came across jonrichard by chance when I googled vintage style. Ordered online easily enough and they arrived 3 days later. Well packed in bubble wrap and jiffy envelope so they could be posted through the letter box, marvellous.”

“The bracelet set was lovely, however on arrival it was tangled up and took a long time to get it untangled, while this isn't entirely avoidable there was a price tag on the bracelet that had a price at a lower cost to what I was charged. I contacted them and was refunded the difference but I can't really give 5*”
